Pricing

Wholesale and MSRP pricing will be supplied once application is approved.

Ordering

Minimum opening order is $199. All wholesale orders will be placed online and paid with a credit card before order goes out. If you are an overseas vendor we will send you an email with an invoice you pay securely online. We can also supply wire transfer information for payment if you prefer.

For companies that provide purchase orders you can send the PO to wendy@plughz.com and we can in turn supply an online invoice for payment.

Shipping

All orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If you need UPS you need to let us know when you place the order. We can ship directly to horse shows but let us know when it needs to be there by and make sure the address is valid with USPS or if we need to ship via UPS.
If you require faster shipping, please let us know prior to your order. Additional shipping costs may be charged.

Returns and Credits

Please notify Plughz of order discrepancies within 14 calendar days of receipt of product. Any requests for returns or credits for order discrepancies will not be excepted after 14 calendar days. Request to return unwanted items are only valid within 10 days of receipt of product. Any requests for returns after 10 days will not be excepted and the customer will be responsible for the full invoice amount. All refused orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee and all applicable freight charges. Credits will not be issued until returned items are received at Plughz. Credits may take up to 30 days to process. Any credits will be applied only to the card used to place the purchase.
